I make it a point to look out the office window at least three times a day because of the amazing view we have of the Manila Bay. Early in the morning, the water is flat and calm, dark and steely. Once the sun hits high, the water sparkles like diamonds (no kidding). In the afternoon, as the sun dips, the water is bathed in gold-like beauty. The buildings near the shore and the ships docked in the bay are like gold trinkets on the glittering water. It is no wonder that sunsets in Manila Bay are famed throughout the world. You get this spectacular view of the sun as it sets in the waters of the bay with ships floating nearby.
For just P120, you can take the ferry cruise along Manila Bay. The trip is lasts for one hour and starts from the SMX side of Mall of Asia then to the end of CCP complex and back. The cabin is air-conditioned but passengers are free to roam on the viewing deck and take photos of the majestic sunset. Trips are at 5:00 and 7:00pm.
